Doug Hackney joined the Quince team as Pastry Chef and brings a true passion for his craft. Doug is a native of Wilson and learned many of his recipes from his mother. Sarah Grandy, as people called her, had a legendary reputation as Wilson’s “Chef with all the answers.” She passed her knowledge and skills onto Doug who has practiced them for the last forty years. At Quince, Doug has really spread his culinary wings and invites you to come taste his latest culinary creations.
